Chantry + Heather Dean
Pastor Chantry’s work with CT began over 19 years ago as Student Pastor. He and Heather were voted in as Associate Pastor in 2012 and in 2016 were voted in, unanimously, as Pastor of Calvary Tabernacle. Heather was a 3rd grade teacher at Centerton Gamble Elementary until spring 2019 and they both have led in local, state, and national ministries. Their daughter, Ava, is the center of their world and as a family, they love to spend time together at home and traveling. They have a heart to lead people to Christ and to see revival in NWA.

BISHOP
John + Debbie Dean
Bishop and Sis. Dean moved to Bentonville in 1974 to assume the pastorate of Calvary Tabernacle and in 2016 they became Bishop. Their vision and burden have continued for throughout the years and they still believe the best is yet to come. Bishop Dean currently serves as the AR Men’s Ministry Director and Debbie served as the AR Ladies Ministry director for 25 years. One of the most rewarding aspects of their lives has been to watch their four children, Johnathan, Tamara, Chantry and Brooke grow up in Bentonville and develop their God given gifts in the church and community.

Alan + Heather Robertson
Pastor Alan began his ministry career at LifePoint in Ruston, LA in 2008 as Student Pastor. In 2010, He married Heather and they continued to serve in that capacity. After briefly moving to Memphis, TN they returned to Ruston in 2014 to serve in the role of Associate Pastor. In 2015 Alan transitioned into the role of Lead Pastor where they served for 4 years before moving to Bentonville. Alan is an avid reader, self-diagnosed pop-culture nerd, but most importantly, a lover of people with a desire to see everyone growing in and sharing their faith. Heather is compassionate and caring. Along with motherhood, homeschooling and assisting her husband, she has lead several teams in various capacities. Their two sons, Whitman and Harrison, are the center of their world.

Jeremy + Janessa Guzman
Jeremy and Janessa began serving at CT in 2008 after Jeremy graduated from Indiana Bible College with a Bachelor’s in Music and Theology minor. He is involved in music events around the country and has played on, written for, and produced several live and studio recordings. They have a passion for excellence in all things and a genuine love for teaching others the power of having true worship in their lives, plus they have a lot of fun in the process. They have 3 beautiful children, JJ, Jaxon, and Jonsi.

Justin + Hillary Jeter
In 2014, Justin and Hillary joined the Calvary Tabernacle family to lead the Children’s Department. Justin began his work with children’s ministry in 2006 in Belleview, FL. Hillary earned a degree in Sign Language Interpreting/Deaf Studies from St. Petersburg College. Under the mentorship and leadership of several influential children’s ministers, Justin gained invaluable experience and his passion and burden for children grew. They desire to see children built up in Christ, rooted in doctrine, and established in faith. They also believe that learning how to follow Jesus should be dynamic, fun, and exciting and they seek to infuse that energy into all their children’s events and activities. Together, Justin and Hillary love to explore the natural beauty of NWA through hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities.They welcomed their first child, Benton Oakes, in the spring of 2017.

Omar + Courtney Stiefer
In November of 2017, Omar and Courtney accepted the role of Student Pastors at Calvary Tabernacle. They both got their start in student ministry after attending Gateway College of Evangelism in St. Louis, MO. Having been in various roles within student ministry for over 7 years, they are excited to invest in the lives of students here in NWA. Family is #1 to them, as they have two handsome little guys, Liam and Holton. Omar loves being a father and in his spare time enjoys coffee, and sports. Courtney enjoys music, coffee, and a trip to a good book store.

CT HISPANO LEADERS
Daniel + Sarah Castellano
Daniel and Sarah are the leaders of CT Hispano. They arrived in 2013 at Calvary Tabernacle with a passion for Spanish ministry and started a new work to see the vision of God’s church alive. They launched Spanish ministry in 2015 with a vision to celebrate and encourage culture in our church while edifying the body of Christ as a whole. It is their passion to see the Spanish members of CT and community reached and rooted in a deep relationship with Christ and others. As we worship in many languages we serve One God. Together, Daniel and Sarah love to serve and are continuing their education and training in ministry. In any free moment they are found adoring their beautiful children Eli and Esther Jane.

Dathan + Denae Wilson
Dathan has been attending CT since January 2013 and began serving as Financial Administrator in April 2015. He has worked in finance for the past 6 years in various capacities and has been in ministry since age 13. Outside of work and ministry, he enjoys taking on new projects and traveling with his wonderful wife, Denae.
